Below, Shelley is just about to plant her left leg. In this picture Shelley was aiming to improve her block.

In this session Shelleys aim was to release the Javelin at the correct angle and improve her 'vault' over the throw.

The below picture was taken in Manchester at the Commonwealth Games trials where Shelley came second.

Shelley is aiming to delay her arm in order to get the maximum pull on the Javelin.
